The Namibia Youth Energy Forum (NYEF) announced another strategic partnership with the global recruitment company, Atlas Professionals.
The partners will facilitate the roll out of the Greenhand Program, an offshore training program for youth which has been successfully implemented in other countries, including Aberdeen in the UK, Brazil, and is currently underway in Suriname. Following these successes, the program which is designed to provide comprehensive offshore training, equipping Namibian youth with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the oil & gas sector, will now be rolled out in Windhoek, Walvis Bay, and Luderitz.
This initiative is implemented with various international oil & gas drilling companies and international oil companies. "I am excited to be working with the Namibia Youth Energy Forum and other stakeholders in the country to provide this training opportunity.
